THE WORK. BEFORE THE WORLD.

Good work deserves
a great release.

For the ideas too good to get lost in a group chat.

01 / A LITTLE SPACE GOES A LONG WAY

All the moving parts.
One shared direction.

You’ve made something worth sharing.
Give the work around it a home, too.

01 — COLLECT

The creative,
collected.

Artwork, audio, and release briefs. Keep your files together, ready for the people who need them.

JPG · PNG · WEBP · MP3 · WAV · PDF
02 — PLAN

From “one day”
to release day.

A clear plan, built around your release date. See what’s moving, what’s finished, and what needs a little love.

04 — COLLABORATE

Your work.
Your inner circle.

Invite the right people with editor or viewer access. Every room stays private, and you decide who’s in.

YOU MAKE THE THING.

We make room
for everything
around it.

Not every creative process looks the same.
Your workspace shouldn’t assume it does.

02 / FROM FIRST IDEA TO FINAL DETAILS

Get your people.
Get it out there.

Make your first room
01

Set the scene.

Name your release, tell its story, and choose a date. Your private room is ready for the first piece.

02

Bring it together.

Upload the work, make a plan, and invite your collaborators. Give everyone the same place to start.

03

Make it ready.

Gather feedback, approve the assets, and work through the final details. Then share your finished work with the world.

03 / BEFORE YOU STEP INSIDE

A few good
questions.

Who is Release Room for?+

Independent musicians, visual artists, filmmakers, printmakers, and the people helping them release their work. Create rooms for albums, singles, exhibitions, films, or print collections.

Is my release room public?+

No. Your files, plans, and discussions are only accessible to verified members of your room. Owners invite collaborators, choose editor or viewer access, and can remove access.

Does Release Room publish or distribute my work?+

Release Room helps you prepare and collaborate. It does not distribute music, publish films, sell tickets, or post to social platforms. Use your preferred channels when the work is ready.

How do invitations work?+

Create an invitation for a collaborator’s email address, then copy and share the link yourself. They sign in with that verified email to join. Links expire after seven days and can be revoked.

What can I upload?+

JPG, PNG, and WebP images; MP3 and WAV audio; and PDF documents, up to 25 MB per file. Room members can preview images and audio and download shared files.

Do I need to install anything?+

No. Release Room runs in your web browser on desktop and mobile. Create an email/password account, verify your email, and start your first room.

THERE’S SOMETHING GOOD IN THE WORKS.
